Returns policy
First of all, I hope that it won’t be necessary to return the artwork, because most of the time people experience it as a somewhat stressful situation. To make the process as easy as possible I will explain what my returns policy is. The first thing you have to do is contact me through email or a phone call and I will explain you what to do. Each individual case is different, but in general there are two scenarios.
1. The artwork is damaged on arrival
In case the artwork is damaged on arrival, please send me an email with photos of the damage immediately. As you can understand I cannot refund damage that has happened after arrival.
When you ship the artwork back to me you can use the original undamaged packaging or something similar. I recommend that you return the product via registered post with an insurance. This covers you for loss or damage during transit. I cannot take the responsibility for artwork lost or damaged in transit.
Once the artwork has arrived, your refund will be processed back into your nominated account within 5 business days. You will be notified via email when this credit has taken place to the address provided. Be aware, I won’t refund the shipping costs.
2. The artwork is different from what you expected
If the artwork is not to your liking I give you the possibility to send it back in its original state within two weeks. Only when I receive it undamaged I can give a refund. The reason for this is that I cannot sell a damaged artwork again.
When you ship the artwork back to me it is important that it won’t get damaged on the way back. If you have the original undamaged packaging you can use this for the return shipment.
